I am reminded about Nietzsche's concept of resentment and how people define there-self from creating an evil non-self as the outside. It is from this non-evil that they can create the 'good', which for republican is White-Anglo-Saxon-Protestants (and heterosexual) It is this major, or molar, identity that sets up a paranoid politics built on fear that Republicans embrace and use as a precept to affect the american population. lets hope for a more joyous politics in the future. nice post.
